Audit

Audit comes from the Latin word audire: to hear, to listen. The audit is colleague-executed. That means you and your colleagues. No external consultants. You will engage in three conversations:
First, alone in self-reflection. Second, in discussion with colleagues from same-culture. Third, in discussion with colleagues from other-culture.
The goal is to identify those topics which are key to the success of your collaboration. There are three steps:
